If you receive a damaged package by USPS, notify your local USPS Customer Service for advice & write ?Damaged Carton? on all delivery receipts before signing. Returns: All merchandise must be inspected upon receiving and any discrepancies, defects or shortages must be reported to R.D.H.RETAIL/LEATHER JEWELRY MORE Immediately A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) is required for all returns.
